It depends on the person who will take this exam. Since, if someone has a good grammar knowledge, in this situation today's TOEFL exam is like a Nightmare for them. However, if someone has good ability on listening, writing, reading and speaking, TOEFL is a good oppurtunity for them. As we see that the difficulty depends on the people's power on English Language who will take TOEFL.
